PingBlitz is a website monitoring service that checks the availability, SSL certificate status, domain expiry, and response time of websites you add to your account.
We use reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service, but PingBlitz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
PingBlitz is a monitoring tool designed to provide visibility into website and service performance. It should not be relied upon as your sole monitoring or alerting solution for critical systems.
PingBlitz provides alerts via email and/or SMS when issues are detected.
While we aim to provide timely and accurate alerts, we do not guarantee that all outages, performance issues, or incidents will be detected or that alerts will always be delivered without delay.
Delivery of alerts may be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party providers, network issues, and user device settings.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@pingblitz.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to use PingBlitz only for lawful purposes and only to monitor websites that you own or have permission to monitor. You must not:
- Monitor websites without authorisation
- Use the service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated traffic
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
PingBlitz offers both a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Paddle handles all tax collection and remittance on our behalf.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have paid.
Your use of PingBlitz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at pingblitz.com/privacy.
All content, branding, software, and materials associated with PingBlitz are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.
We aim to provide a reliable monitoring service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, network outages, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingBlitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business interruption, or data arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that may harm PingBlitz or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at hello@pingblitz.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of PingBlitz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
