PingBlitz is operated as a UK business. By using our service you agree to these terms. Plain English summary: we monitor your websites, alert you when things go wrong, and charge a monthly subscription. We're not liable if your site goes down — we just tell you about it.
By accessing or using PingBlitz ("the Service") at pingblitz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and PingBlitz ("we", "us", "our"). Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
PingBlitz provides website uptime monitoring, SSL certificate monitoring, domain expiry monitoring, and response time monitoring services. The Service includes:
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features available depend on the subscription plan selected.
To use PingBlitz you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Authentication is handled by Clerk (clerk.com), a third-party identity provider. By creating an account, you also agree to Clerk's terms of service. We use magic link email authentication — no passwords are stored by PingBlitz.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@pingblitz.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
PingBlitz offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf — including VAT collection for UK and EU customers. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
You agree to use PingBlitz only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
We aim to provide a reliable monitoring service but we do not guarantee 100% uptime of PingBlitz itself. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Monitoring checks are made on a best-efforts basis. Factors outside our control — including network conditions, third-party API availability, and DNS propagation — may occasionally affect check accuracy or delivery of alerts.
PingBlitz is a notification service. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or business impact caused by issues with your monitored websites or services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our full Privacy Policy is available at pingblitz.com/privacy and forms part of these terms.
In summary: we store your account information, monitored URLs, check results, and incident history. Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure in the EU (Ireland). We do not sell your data to third parties.

PingBlitz and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of PingBlitz. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including your monitored URLs and alert configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingBlitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
PingBlitz is a monitoring and notification service. We are not liable for losses caused by website downtime, missed alerts, or failures of third-party services we monitor on your behalf.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account and all associated data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, allowing you to reactivate if needed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will provide a data export on request within 30 days of termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also be entitled to the protections of the laws of your country of residence.
