To request a refund, email us at billing@pingblitz.com within 30 days of your payment. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
PingBlitz offers a free plan with no credit card required. You can use the service at no cost indefinitely on the free plan. No payment is taken and therefore no refund applies.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no notice period required.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds are available within 30 days of your first payment as described in section 01. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com). Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Refund requests may also be submitted directly to Paddle at paddle.net.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel from the date of purchase and receive a full refund. This is in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
