28 Apr 2026 Site Wiki launches · plan structure overhaul · accessibility fixes
  • New Site Wiki — every key detail about every client site, in one place. CMS, hosting, registrar, contacts, deploy method, runbook, secrets and renewal dates. No more digging through Notion, Excel and old Slack threads.
  • New Free plan now properly differentiated: email alerts only, one contact. Starter (£4) adds SMS, two contacts, and Site Wiki access.
  • Improved Add Monitor, Edit Details, Edit Alerts, Quick Add Contact and Delete Confirm all converted to side-panel UX. ESC closes the panel; clicking outside also closes.
  • Improved Form fields across Monitors, Alerts and Clients pages are now properly labelled for screen readers and browser autofill.
  • Fixed A silent bug in the monitors API was preventing site type, group name, registrar, nameservers and IP address from reaching the UI. Wiki data should populate properly now.
  • Fixed Past-trial dates no longer display "Trial ends" — now correctly show "Active".

  • New Welcome email when you sign up — friendly Pingy-flavoured intro with a quick-start guide.
  • New Thank-you email when you upgrade to a paid plan — confirms the plan, what you've unlocked, and your invoice.
26 Apr 2026 Paddle billing live
  • New Manage your payment method without leaving the app — opens your Paddle Customer Portal in a new tab.
  • New Inline invoice list on the billing page. Status pills + PDF link to your full Paddle history.
  • New Cancel your subscription with one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no surprise charges.
25 Apr 2026 Clients page · group monitors by client
  • New Clients page — group your monitors by the client they belong to. Rename a client and every monitor moves with it.
  • New Assign mode lets you tick monitors directly from a client's panel without navigating away.
